Sequencing of rice genome has facilitated the understanding of rice evolution and has been utilized extensively for mining of DNA markers to facilitate marker-assisted breeding. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers that are tandemly repeated nucleotide sequence motifs flanked by unique sequences are presently the maker of choice in rice improvement due to their abundance, co-dominant inheritance, high levels of allelic diversity, and simple reproducible assay. The current level of genome coverage by SSR markers in rice is sufficient to employ them for genotype identification and marker-assisted selection in breeding for mapping of genes and quantitative trait loci analysis. This review provides comprehensive information on the mapping and applications of SSR markers in investigation of rice cultivars to study their genetic divergence and marker-assisted selection of important agronomic traits.  相似文献

A study concerning time-temperature information sharing behavior in the one-step forward chilled and frozen food supply chains was conducted. We mailed 1774 questionnaires to food manufacturing companies in Taiwan with a response rate of 7.0%. We showed that obtaining raw materials time-temperature information from suppliers was more difficult than obtaining processed food product information from food manufacturers. The determinant factors considered were also different. For sharing time-temperature information on raw materials during distribution from suppliers to food manufacturers, the relative power of food manufacturers, business strategy, and raw material quality uncertainty were important. However, for sharing information on processed product during distribution from food manufacturers to buyers, only business strategy and processed product quality uncertainty were important. This implies that requesting information from suppliers requires more effort. In addition, when zooming in, we found that the time-temperature sharing strategies of companies differ in the subsectors. For instance, the chilled food sector has higher willingness to share time-temperature information than the frozen food sector.  相似文献

This article presents a new approach for solving the Optimal Control Problem (OCP) of linear time-delay systems with a quadratic cost functional. The proposed method can also be used for designing optimal control time-delay systems with disturbance. In this study, the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) is employed to convert the original Time-Delay Optimal Control Problem (TDOCP) into a sequence of nonhomogeneous linear two-point boundary value problems (TPBVPs). The optimal control law obtained consists of an accurate linear feedback term and a nonlinear compensation term which is the limit of an adjoint vector sequence. The feedback term is determined by solving Riccati matrix differential equation. By using the finite-step iteration of a nonlinear compensation sequence, we can obtain a suboptimal control law. Finally, Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique.  相似文献

本文研究了完全氮化的(Sm1-yCey)2Fe17Nx(y = 0、0.20、0.33、0.40、0.45、0.50、0.67、0.80、1.00)粉末的磁性能和微观结构。当用33atomic%Ce代替Sm时,最大磁能积(BH)max从17.8 MGOe变为17.6 MGOe,几乎没有下降。相应的,性能/稀土价格比率提高了39.2%。 根据能量色散光谱(EDS)分析,Ce倾向于分布在REFe3 / REFe2晶界相中。XPS证实了(Sm1-yCey)2Fe17Nx中Ce离子的价态变化。  相似文献

For a class of nonlinear systems with the representation {A(x), B(x), C} and where the system parameters and dynamics are unknown, a simple adaptive synergetic controller ensuring the asymptotic convergence of the system to a desired manifold is proposed based on the technique of simple adaptive control (SAC). It is well known that the design of the synergetic control (SC) law requires a thorough knowledge of the system parameters and dynamics. Such problem obstructs the synthesis of the SC law and the designer is prompted to pass through the estimation methods, which, in turn, poses a problem of increasing the computation time of the control algorithm. To cope with this problem, a solution is proposed by modifying the original SC law to develop an SAC‐like adaptive SC law without the need of prior knowledge of the system. The stability of the proposed adaptive controller is formally proven via the Lyapunov approach. Experimental application to a quadrotor system is given to validate the theoretical results.  相似文献

Mobile devices are widely used for data access,communications and storage.However,storing a private key for signature and other cryptographic usage on a single mobile device can be challenging,due to its computational limitations.Thus,a number of(t,n)threshold secret sharing schemes designed to minimize private key from leakage have been proposed in the literature.However,existing schemes generally suffer from key reconstruction attack.In this paper,we propose an efficient and secure two-party distributed signing protocol for the SM2 signature algorithm.The latter has been mandated by the Chinese government for all electronic commerce applications.The proposed protocol separates the private key to storage on two devices and can generate a valid signature without the need to reconstruct the entire private key.We prove that our protocol is secure under nonstandard assumption.Then,we implement our protocol using MIRACL Cryptographic SDK to demonstrate that the protocol can be deployed in practice to prevent key disclosure.  相似文献

在固体材料表面黏附成膜是微藻细胞的一种生理特性。近些年基于微藻生物膜的生物过程,如生物膜贴壁培养和防附着技术受到了很多关注。微藻在固体材料表面的黏附受藻细胞与材料表面之间的相互作用的影响,建立黏附强度与材料表面性质参数间的关系对于通过材料选择来强化或控制微藻生物膜具有非常重要的意义。本工作的目的是揭示和明确材料亲疏水性对微藻黏附的影响,提出了一种双酚A环氧(EP)树脂表面亲疏水改性的方法。通过将亲水性的二乙醇胺(DEA)或疏水性的聚甲基聚硅氧烷(PMHS)加入到EP树脂中反应,EP树脂表面水接触角在36.80?~98.34?范围内可通过加入不同量的DEA或PMHS实现任意可调,材料的表面水接触角与DEA或PMHS加入量之间有线性关系。重要的是这种改性方法获得的材料,其形貌、结构、表面粗糙度等表面性质几乎没有变化,从而在研究和关联微藻黏附量与材料表面亲疏水性(表面水接触角)之间的关系时可以排除亲疏水性之外的其他表面性质的影响;其次,考察了小球藻和栅藻在不同亲疏水性材料表面的黏附行为,结果表明小球藻和栅藻在亲水性和疏水性材料表面均能黏附成膜,但在亲水性材料表面黏附更多更快;建立了微藻最大黏附容量与材料表面接触角之间关联关系,表明微藻最大黏附容量随材料表面水接触角的增大而线性降低,栅藻的表面黏附容量比小球藻大。  相似文献
